Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, YTJT receives your verified email address and basic profile name to create or access your account. YTJT stores your account name, profile link, optional avatar reference, and a session token.

Content you choose to submit—including stories, statuses, comments, and messages—is stored so the service can display or deliver it. Anonymous posting hides your account identity from public viewers; it does not mean the service stores no technical data.

Safety, analytics and anti-spam

For abuse prevention, YTJT uses the network address supplied by Cloudflare to apply short-window rate limits. A keyed, non-reversible hash is used for rate-limit counters. Some message and comment records may also retain sender network information for abuse review. Public page analytics also record the visitor IP address, country, requested page, referring website domain, and an estimated bot classification. This analytics data is visible only to authorized administrators and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Cloudflare bot classification is used when available; otherwise, YTJT may identify obvious automated clients from their user-agent. Classification is approximate and may be unavailable. Administrators authorized by a Google email allowlist can review recent content, hide or remove entries, and manage terms that are partially masked in public views.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, deliver messages, show public posts, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain the service. YTJT does not sell personal information. Public content may be visible to anyone with access to the relevant page or shared link.

Retention and your choices

Account and content data remain stored while needed to operate the service. You can remove content using available account controls or contact the site operator to request help. Removing an account or content may also remove related records. Visitor analytics records, including IP addresses, are retained for up to 30 days. Story view totals are kept with the public story for as long as that story remains available. Security and rate-limit logs are kept only as needed for service protection.

Cookies and third parties

YTJT uses a secure, HTTP-only cookie to maintain your signed-in session. Google processes sign-in requests under Google's own privacy terms. If AI features are enabled, public story text may be sent to Google Gemini to generate clearly labelled “Admin YTJT · AI” replies or advice posts. AI-generated posts and replies are stored with the stories and comments. The site also loads interface assets such as fonts and styling libraries from third-party content delivery networks.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
